Just try out to make a simple chocolate chip & green tea cupcake. It prepare for tomorrow breakfast.. My hubby and 2 child was being my white rat to try it out  ;-))...

Steamed Banana Chocolate Cake

My family love eat banana, so just add in chocolate chip and simply steam so gooood...Recipe just obtain from chief Wong Kee Sum 

Ingredients:

250 gm butter

180 gm castor sugar

1 tbsp ova let

4 eggs B

1 tsp vanilla essence

275gm superfine flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp soda bicarbonate

250 gm banana berangan

100 gm chocolate rice

Method:

1. Beat butter,sugar and ova let until fluffy.

2. Fold in egg one by one.

3. Add in banana and mix till fine again.

4. Flo in sifted flour with soda and baking powder.

5. Finally add in chocolate rice.

6. Pour batter into ring mould/ rectangular mould and steam for 1 hour

This is a traditional steam cake so call"马来糕".. long time ago,,when taste it ..like back to my school time at my hometown. Miss it so much..bring it to my children.. they enjoy this cake for their early morning breakfast..
