黄梨塔 |
A loving pineapple tart, it let me know Chinese Lunar New Year coming. A lot of sweet and sour store in this golden pineapple tart.
Prepare Paste
5 pcs small lime(juice only)
3 pcs medium honey pineapple
300 g small rock sugar
2 pcs 桂皮
a few 丁香
-Blended pineapple , sieve some juice out,mix above ingredient in a deep cook bowl.cook & stir until form a paste. Make sure not to soft.
-after cook set aside until the paste cool.
-paste roll in ball by hand in 6-7 g p/pcs (during cooking taste the paste until suit you )

Prepare cookies base
250g butter
50g icing sugar/ caster sugar
2 egg yolk
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
350g plain flour
50g corn flour
50g milk powder
-Sieve plain flour,corn flour & milk powder in a large bowl.
-add in other ingredient mix and form a dough
-keep the dough in freeze 0.5 hrs.
- roll it flat& stamp out cookies pattern.

Material & utensil needed:
梅花印 or round (special for tart or cookies)
- Bake in 150 degree C ,about 8 min use upper and lower heat.
- ( prepare 2 eggs yolk) Glaze the cookies surface with eggs yolk.
- Bake again in temperature 150 degree C about 10 min.
- cool well before storing in airtight container.
